He is survived by: his wife Irene Wagner; his son Scott Bindl (Nikki); his grandchildren, Ashley and Austin Bindl; his brothers, Jerry Bindl (Judy), Joe Bindl (Bonnie), Dan Bindl (Brenda) and Paul Bindl; and his nieces and nephews, Bill Bindl (Jody), Audrey Paukner (Jason), Nick Bindl (Shasta), Justin Bindl, Cody Bindl, Theresa Johnson (Aaron), Jonathan Bindl (Stephanie), Michelle MacDonald (Ryan) and Matthew Bindl (Courtney).
Visitation was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Belvidere Funeral Home & Cremation Service (203 Logan Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (402 Church St, Belvidere, IL 61008). A burial was held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 12:15 PM.
