While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Rubeck and Elsie Rubeck (Groves). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mae (Daniels); his sons, Greg Rubeck (Suzy) and Brian Rubeck (Judi); his grandchildren, Sara Rubeck-Doyle (Connor), Bryce Rubeck and Elizabeth Rubeck; and his siblings, Shirley VanDusen (Russell), Melvin (Dorothy Rubeck) and Joe (Elaine Rubeck). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (1300 Pearl St, Belvidere, IL 61008). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
