Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Juvely leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James Jacob; her children, Christian James Jacob and Sydney Nicole Jacob; and her sibling's children, Anthony, Alyssa and Andrew Jacob.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ahlgrim Family Funeral Home (201 N Northwest Hwy, Palatine, IL 60067). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at the Evergreen Cemetery (610 S Dundee Ave, Barrington, IL 60010).
