He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Nance; and his brother Tom Novak. He is survived by: his mother Sallie Nance (Novak); his wife Carol Macomber; his siblings, Sherri (Herb), Lisa (Randy) and Duane (Stacie); and his sister-in-law Toni Novak.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Anderson Funeral and Cremation Services (218 W Hurlbut Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
