She was predeceased by: her parents, Dirk Greenfield and Ragna Greenfield (Hansen); her husband John "Jack" G. Manning; her daughter Joyce Wolf (Mike); her son-in-law Michael Wolf; and her siblings, Dorothy Greenfield, Ruby Frakes, Margaret "Peg" Sanderson, Dick Greenfield, Wayne Greenfield and James Greenfield.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Mead (Gene) of Englewood and John J. Manning (Martha) of Rockford, Illinois; her grandchildren, Chad Manning (Catherine), Brett Mead (Natalee), Meghan Becker (Steve), Mitch Wolf, Matthew Wolf (Jody) and Mary Alison Wolf; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Greenfield. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandsons.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Rochelle, Illinois.
