He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kozuck and Ruthe Kozuck (Wallmichrath); and his brother Mark Kozuck. He is survived by: his wife Karen (Terrell); his children, Rebecca Aminov (Iskander) and David Kozuck; his pets, Kaiba and Luci; and his siblings, Merri Jo Ary (Doug) and Tim Kozuck. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law, and sisters-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Elizabeth's Center Food Pantry or the American Heart Association.
