She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Shook (Wells) and Homer Shook; her husband Guy Johnson; her siblings, Jerine, Virgil, Shirley, Joan, Carol, Dean, Fred, Gordy, Ron and Marie; her son Robert Johnson; her grandchildren, Eric Johnson and Melissa Johnson; and her grandson-in-law Justin Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Don Johnson (Colleen) and Lisa Rangel (Gary); her grandchildren, Barbara Eckwall (Mike), Amy Sebring (Steve), Adam Johnson (Cara), Jessica Torres (Eric Brunner), Alisha Rangel, Danielle Williams and Katelyn Scott (Ryan); her sister Mary Turner; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Pinnow and Yvonne Shook. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren, with another great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Faith Baptist Church (1637 7th Ave, Belvidere, IL 61008). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
