Stephen Solberg Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2025, at the age of 82, Stephen Solberg of Belvidere, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Solberg and Alice Solberg (Fisher); his wife Mildred Benton; and his sister Mary Lou Wand. He is survived by: his children, Debbie (Steve), Michael (Dee), Sabrina and Rick; his grandchildren, Eric, Nicole, Alex, Katie and Haley; and his brothers, Larry (Pam), Bruce (Cindy), Nick (Julie) and Tim (Jean). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the American Legion (900 W Chrysler Dr, Belvidere, IL 61008).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Steve's honor to the American Legion Boone Post #77.
