The family announces the passing of Susan L. Tyne of Belvidere, Illinois on September 29, 2026. Susan, born on May 23, 1950, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Filumeno "Philip" Bellini and Pearl Bellini (Hussung); and her brother Philip Bellini. She is survived by: her husband Robert H. Tyne; her children, Tracy Hash (Tom) of Machesney Park and Jason Tyne (Carrie) of Suwanee, GA; her grandchildren, Davis Tyne, Brooke Tyne and Aarika Hash; and her sisters, Sandra Sullivan (Richard) of Arvada, CO and Shirley Walker of Sterling.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Church (4401 Highcrest Rd, Rockford, IL 61107). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Knoll Memorial Park (18268 Pennington Rd, Sterling, IL 61081).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her memory to Holy Family Catholic Church in Rockford or St. Andrew Grade School in Rock Falls.
