He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry B Cook and Mildred E Hogue Cook; his siblings, Dennis Cook, Gary Cook, Harold Cook and Margaret Weller; and his brother-in-law Frank Ramsey.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Debbi Morris and Tammy Smith of Decatur, IL; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Nolah, David, Lucas and Anthony; his siblings, Harry Cook, Tom Cook, Rick Cook, Felicia Sebschack, Erma Ramsey and Alma Cook; and his former wife Patty Cook. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Kravanya Funeral Home (308 N Main St, Benld, IL 62009). A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
