He is survived by: his children, Michelle Odam (Dan) of Johnston City, IL, David Lee Eubanks, Jr. (Brittany) of Mulkeytown, IL and William Eubanks (Kim) of Bellevue, NE; his stepchildren, Tiana Williams (Tayton) of Kauai, Brant Hale (Chelsea) of Paducah and Kelly Hale (Shawn) of Murray, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Taelyn Hale-Ajimine, Kili Williams, Mehana Williams, Kailea Mason, Keira Hale, Tehya Haumea-Oliver, Liam Eubanks, Delilah Eubanks, Makayla Odam, Ethan Odam, Katie Van Poucke, Rhianna Moss and Danta Moss; his siblings, Vicky Eubanks of Benton, IL and Mike Eubanks (Shawna) of Buckner, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Bernadine Sarano (Eric) of Ewa Beach, Glenda Pinheiro of Henderson and Lisa Jo Dossett (Brad) of Marion, Kentucky.
