She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Dutro and Lorraine Dutro (Harding); her spouse Jackie Lang; and her nephew Johnny Rios. She is survived by: her sons, Jason Laney of Austin and Jeff Laney (Michelle) of Kilgore, Texas; her granddaughter Kellie Laney; her stepgranddaughters, Arial Copeland and Brianna Copeland; her sister Luan Owens (David) of Benton; her nieces, Stephanie Lopez (Eric) of Topeka and Dana Rios of Fort Collins, Colorado; and her friends, Chico and Sammy.
The family prefers donations in memory of Debbie be made to the Friends of Franklin County Animal Control, P.O. Box 210, Christopher, Illinois 62822-0210.
