Donna S. Spencer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna S. Spencer of Benton, Illinois, who passed away on July 14, 2025 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna S. Spencer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Sebastian and Carolynn "Lynn" Sebastian (Nickle); her father-in-law Russell Spencer; and her brother Don Sebastian. She is survived by: her husband Dr. David Spencer; her children, Dr. Katie Krause (Kenny), Dr. Jenna McGoldrick (Zach) and Dr. Michael Spencer (Kaci); her grandchildren, Camille, Colin, Charlie, Cecilia Krause, Leo, Finn, Molly McGoldrick, Luka, Noah and Brady Spencer; her sisters, Laurie Koval (Bob) and Linda Collins (Bob); and her brothers-in-law, Dennis (Kim), Craig (Suzanne) and Duane Spencer (Kelly). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Benton (506 W Main St, Benton, IL 62812). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (506 W Main St, Benton, IL 62812). A burial was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 11:15 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church of Benton (506 W Main St, Benton, IL 62812).
Memorial contributions may be made either to the St. Joseph Catholic Church or to St. Anne Cradle of Hope and will be accepted at the services.
