Guy Williams Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guy Williams of Benton, Illinois, who passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Jan Marie Malkovich; his parents, Sadie Irene Cavins and Ora Stanford Williams; and his siblings, Norma Irene, Fern Evelyn and Gary Richard.

He is survived by: his siblings, Andy, Terry and Jeanita; his stepmother Mary (Woody); his uncle Clifford; his cousin Tom; his son Gary Williams (Lauren Bonner); his granddaughters, Mimi and Joni; his children, Gyla and Mike Myers; his granddaughters, Lauren and Lola; his siblings, Stanley (Jean Ann Williams), David (Debbie Williams) and Rita (Kevin Acieri); and his brothers-in-law, John (Tracey Malkovich), Mark (Apryl Malkovich) and Tom (Eileen Malkovich). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family prefers memorial contributions in memory of Guy Williams be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
