He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Vaughn and Vera Irby (Childers); his brothers, Gary Vaughn and Robert Irby; and his half-brothers, Chuck Irby and Stephen Wallenmeyer.
He is survived by: his wife Robyn Vaughn of Benton; his daughter Rhonda Sue Vaughn of Benton; and his siblings, Leta Carr (Edward) of Mulkeytown, Myra Day of Thompsonville, David Irby of Texas, Carl Lee Irby (Linda) of Energy, Conrad Irby (Barbara) of West Frankfort and Caryn Humphry (Mike) of West Frankfort.
The family prefers that Memorial Contributions, In Memory of Jerry, be made to the Abundant Life United Pentecostal Church of Benton and will be accepted at the services.
