She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burnette and Dessie Burnette (McCrickard); and her spouse Jerry Haase. She is survived by: her children, Catina Powell (Theo) of Paducah, Cassandra Carney of Marion and Michael Karch (Jenny) of Raeford; her granddaughter Tedrah "Penelope" Wece of Paducah, Kentucky; and her brother Frank Burnette (Elaine) of Buckeye, Arizona. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
