He is survived by: his children, Tamara McIntosh of West City, Wesley McIntosh and Daniel McIntosh; his grandchildren, Hailey McIntosh, Haiden McIntosh and Joey Nowak; and his half-brothers, Dennis Richardson of Christopher, Gary Richardson (Deronda) of Benton, Edward Richardson (Laura) of Benton and Laren McIntosh of Alton, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
