She was predeceased by : her parents, Mary E. Howard Collins and William Collins; her son Jeramiah Mahaffey; her brother Ricky Collins; and her great grandchild Jaxton Stanley.
She is survived by : her husband Paul Pollock of Benton, Illinois; her son Matthew Mahaffey of South Dakota; her grandchildren, Alexus and Zachary Mahaffey; her children, Spring Newberry (Joey) of West Frankfort, Isaac Kozma, Clayton, Spencer Newberry and Larry Murphy of Benton; her grandchildren, Shania, Breann, Nicholas, Calvin and Hunter; her daughter Heather Murphy (Travis); her grandchildren, Kaytlyn, Zakkery, Logan, Ira, Ares Kramer, Christian, Cody and Winter Mahaffey; her sisters, Becky, Cindy, Mindy Kay, Donna and Kelly; and her cousin Carrie Joe.
Memorials may be made to the family in lieu of flowers and will be accepted at the funeral home.
