She is survived by: her children, Bradley Piazza (Liz) of Crawfordville and Tara Borowiec (Tim) of Benton; her grandchildren, Robert Montgomery of Benton, Jake Piazza of Jacksonville, Kalie Triplett (James) of Benton and Isabella Austinson (Anders) of Bainbridge, Georgia; her great grandchildren, Weston Montgomery, Kase McDaniel, Cohen Triplett and Coyer Triplett; her stepgreat-grandchildren, James Triplett, Skyla Triplett and Natalie Triplett; her brother Roger Treece (Brenda) of Benton; her nieces, Alisha Treece of Benton, Amanda Welch (Aaron) of Benton and Abby Welch; and her nephew Austin Welch.
The family prefers that Memorial Contributions, In Memory of Phyllis, be made to the Benton Ministerial Alliance Food Pantry and will be accepted at the funeral home.
