He is survived by: his son Bill Gibbs (Jamie) of Johnston City; his grandchildren, Brayden, Aleeha and Zane Gibbs; his daughters, Lisa Ackerman (Todd) of Providence Forge, Virginia, Teresa Mandell of Carterville, Pamela Holmes of Pittsburg and Tena DePauw (Todd) of Marion; his sister-in-law Shirley Gibbs of Johnston City; and his nieces and nephews, Carl Gibbs (Chasidy) of Johnston City, Billy Darter of Herrin, Billie Jo Thompson of Dongola, Mandy Smith of Pittsburg and Judy Keeling of Herrin.
