Ricky leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Ricky’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Ricky will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his sons, Christopher and Taylor Casey. He is survived by: his parents, Rick Casey of Benton, Illinois and Kay Eubanks (Smith) of Benton, Illinois; his children, Noah Casey of Coello and Brittany Smith (Scott) of Herrin, Illinois; his grandson Lincoln Smith; and his siblings, Steve Casey (Novella) of Benton, Michael Casey (Judy) of West Frankfort, Illinois and Brandi Hampton (Blake) of Benton, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Masonic and Odd Fellows Cemetery of Benton (12470 Oddfellow Ln, Benton, IL 62812).
