He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arnold Meachum and Hazel Leona Underwood Pratt; his wife Louise Pratt (Kirby); his sons, Richard Pratt (Martha) and Duane Pratt Jr. (Dianna); his grandchildren, Zach Pratt, Selena of Clive, Mark Pratt, Stephanie of Eldridge, Sarah Pratt of Bettendorf, Iowa. and Curt Pratt of Bettendorf, Iowa.; his sister IrmaJean White of Knoxville, Illinois.; his son Gary; and his sister Edith Higbee. He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for the Berwick Baptist Church in Berwick.
