He was predeceased by: his stepfather Warren L. Koch; and his mother Vivian E. Koch. He is survived by: his wife Maribeth Rogers Hickman of Henderson, TX; his daughters, Marilee A. Vachon (Alain Vachon) of League City, TX and Kathryn E. Hickman of Henderson, TX; and his grandchildren, Melody Belle, Addison Beth, Ella Claire, Layla Brooke and Silas Lucien Wayne.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either: the Gideons International Henderson Camp or the First Baptist Church of Henderson's fund to pay off the remaining debt on its new Children's Building.
