She is survived by: her children, Sally Vesely (Ralph) and Richard Penkava; her grandchildren, Shannon Penkava, Jessica Waite (Jim), Nicholas Vesely (Christine), Jaclyn Benes, Catherine Vesely (late Russel Nelson), Alexander Benes, Samuel Vesely (Jes Larke) and Julianna Vesely-Pernek (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Kailee Benes, Luxi Vesely, Tessa Vesely, Amelia Waite, Reagan Nelson, Paige Vesely, Roman Nelson and Marek Pernek. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
