She is survived by : her parents, Gene Gorski and Mary Ann Gorski (Mazzarella); and her siblings, Michael Gorski (Deborah), Jeffrey Gorski (Sherri), Cathy Thompson (Bruce), Donna Velzka (Jerry) and Karen Doyle (James T.). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear life-long friends.
