She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose McNearney and Henry Clay Kutak; her brother Robert; her husbands, Richard Sierzega Sr. and Delbert Moore; and her sons, Richard Jr. and Timothy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia, Barbara, Raegn (Chas) and Andrea (Jason); her brother Richard Kutak; her grandchildren, Audrey (Harry), Amanda (Kevin), Luke, Andrew, Matthew and Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Bayleigh, Raelynn and Genevieve. She is also survived by five foster children.
