He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Miguel Angel, Cecilia Caraballo, Serafin and Carmen Herrera; and his aunt Tia Nelly.

He is survived by : his mother Rose Caraballo; his stepmother Wanda Saez; and his siblings, Will Caraballo Jr. (Claudia), Angie Gauna (Alex), Alex Caraballo (Theresa) and Paul Bernaschina.
