She was predeceased by : her husband John T. Kubacka. She is survived by : her daughters, Karen Kubacka and Laurie Vitek (Michael); her grandchildren, Michael Vitek (Tina), Christopher Vitek (Kim Ackley) and Kimberly Steinway (Brian); and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Pierce, Layla and Colton.
