She was predeceased by : her former life partner Charles Gurschke; her grandson Patrick; her parents, Wilson Mueller and Mabel Mueller; and her siblings, Richard, Bobby, Eugene and Peggy Jo.

She is survived by : her husband Guy Fasano; her children, Paul (Melissa), Scott (Jennifer), Kenneth (Roseanna), Nicole and Sharon (Chris); and her sisters, Sue, Linda and Paulette. She is also survived by grandchildren; four treasured great-grandchildren.
