It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia L. Matook of Berwyn, Illinois, who passed away on September 21, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Matook, Sr.; her son Victor Matook, Jr.; her parents, John Ochsner and Marion Ochsner; and her siblings, Marian McGuire (Ignatius), Shirley Carlsen (Eric), John Ochsner (Agnes) and Michael Ochsner, Sr. (Kathleen).
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Waters (Gary), Laura Matook and Patricia C. Matook; her grandchildren, John Matook (Anna), Daniel Matook, Brandon Waters and Jordan Matook; her great grandchildren, Emilia, Camilla and Elise; her family Irish; and her brother Daniel Ochsner (Josie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6716 16th St, Berwyn, IL 60402). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Divine Providence Catholic Church (2550 Mayfair Ave, Westchester, IL 60154). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
