She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Horne and Mary Jane Horne; and her aunt Lorraine Luther. She is survived by: her husband James Dennis McVeigh; her sibling's children, Erin Rey (Jesse) and Arthur Horne; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dominic Rey and Gia Rey; and her siblings-in-law, Kevin McVeigh, Kathleen Ross, Betsi Walker and Margie Callahan-McVeigh.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6716 16th St, Berwyn, IL 60402).
