He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles and Frances (Kozubik); and his father-in-law Stanley. He is survived by: his children, Michael, Laurie and Brian; his grandchildren, Lance, Erin, Kyle, Kelly and Luke; his brother Gary (Carolyn Norris); his parent-in-law Antonette (Zarazan); and his wife Phyllis (Zarazan).
