Billy left this world on May 10, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty Hunter and Joyce Jones. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Simpson); his children, Cynthia McKillip (Scott), David Christopher Tomlin (Charity) and Benjamin Tomlin; his brother Richard Tomlin (Ricky); and his grandchildren, Isaac, Claire, Andrew, Colleen and Grace.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fosterburg Baptist Church (4737 Fosterburg Rd, Bethalto, IL 62010). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
