He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruddle Kinnison and Ruby Kinnison (Harwood); his brothers, Frank and Devere Kinnison; his daughter Dana; his granddaughter Darcie; and his half-sister Barbara Tackett.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Rae Looney; his children, Rocky Kinnison (Kay) of Gillespie and Lisa Costin (Darren) of Staunton; his grandchildren, Tori Hall (Corey), Cody Devoto, Nicole Goswami (Vishal), Sean Costin (Sydney) and Danielle Kinnison; his great grandchildren, Madison, Logan, Jaydon, Zander, Joelle, Corey, Theoren, Milliana, Willa, Rowan, Anali, Leela, Ellis and Stella; his great great grandchild Anastasisa; and his half-brother RayGene Tackett.
