She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Plegge and Virginia Plegge (Deist); and her son Scott Crause. She is survived by: her husband David Crause; her daughter Candace Crause (Kristy Herman) of Champaign, IL; her granddaughter Paige Crause (Dalton Kouchnerkavich) of Bethalto; her brother Dale Plegge (Debbie) of St. Charles; her nieces and nephews, Marc Plegge of St. Charles, Kelly Morgan (Larry) of Colorado Springs, CO, Mike Slattery (Kathy) of Canyon City, CO and Ali Slattery of Colorado Springs, CO; her sister-in-law Brenda Campbell (Ron) of Colorado Springs, CO.; and also Willard Meyer.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elias, Kallal and Schaaf Funeral Home (727 E Bethalto Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (625 Church Dr, Bethalto, IL 62010).
