With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Dana Kay Toomey of Bethalto, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She is survived by: her parents, James Boren and Frances Boren; her husband John Toomey IV; her children, Taryn Aimee Rodriquez (Toomey) and Avery Peyton Toomey; her son-in-law Dylan Cameron Rodriquez; her grandson Teddy Peyton Rodriquez of Houston, Texas.; and her siblings, Treena Lemons (Boren) and Jason Boren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Homes - Godfrey (1313 W Delmar Ave, Godfrey, IL 62035). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ambrose Catholic Church (820 W Homer M Adams Pkwy, Godfrey, IL 62035).
