She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Zaccaagni and Nancy Searcy; and her brothers, Michael and Paul Scott. She is survived by: her husband Ronald W. Smith; her children, Christy Brackman of Dorsey and Amy Clare (Dan) of Foster, KY; her stepchildren, Sonya Preston (Clyde), Rachel Mayberry-Roseman and Ben Smith; her grandchildren, Grant and Adeline; and her stepgrandchildren, Amber, Dennis, Dominic, Josh, Skye, Landyn, Ryver, Galaxy, Paige and Benjamin. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
