He is survived by: his spouse Jacqualyn "Jackie" Jackson; his sons, Michael Scheffel of Edwardsville, IL, Brian Scheffel (Lisa) of Alton, IL and Shannon Scheffel (Karen) of Bethalto, IL.; his grandchildren, Danielle Brueggeman (Keith), Natalie Taul (Nate), Ashley Moslander (Tommy), Samantha Godar (Landon) and Austin Scheffel (Morgan Henkhaus); and his great grandchildren, Logan Scheffel and Adalyn Taul.
