He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank A. Menke and Elizabeth A. Menke (Rose); his daughter Laura Ward; and his sister Theresa Mayhall. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Stephen Menke (Kim) of Godfrey; his siblings, Lisette Menke of St. Louis, JoAnn Wheeler (Jim) of Chesterfield, IL and Frank Menke of Goreville, IL.; and his grandchildren, Brennan and Noah Menke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
