It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Oldendorph of Bethalto, Illinois, who passed away on September 27, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Bacus and Frieda Bacus (Medhurst). She is survived by: her husband George Lewis Oldendorph; her children, Eric Oldendorph (Cornelia) of Wood River, IL, Kirk Oldendorph (Deborah Sue Smith) of Ocala, FL, Kyle Oldendorph (Diane Porter) of Bethalto, IL and Lori Hedrick (James) of Marshall, MO.; and her grandchildren, Chelsey, Seth, Katrina, Hannah and Greta.
Memorial contributions in Linda's honor will go toward the planting of a tree at the Bethalto City Park, a lasting symbol of her love for family, community, and the beauty of life.
