It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marian Keyser of Bethalto, Illinois, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ritter and Anna Ritter; her former spouse Jerry Ott; her children, J. David Ott (Gary) of Dade City, FL, Cathy Smith (Dennis) of Wood River, Tracey Ott and Kelley Ott; her husband Paul E. Keyser; her daughter Paula Fritts (Robert) of Bethalto; and her brother Bob Ritter.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Samantha Burke (Brian), Sabrina Breden (Ian), Joshua Ott (Erika), Sarah Ott, Natalie Best (Cody) and Chelsea Cox (Jake). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Paynic Home For Funerals (618 E Airline Dr, East Alton, IL 62024). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
