She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Hodge and Evelyn R. Hodge (Smith); her former husband Lewis L. Dreith; her husband Wilbur G. Spalding; her son Michael Dreith; and her brother Jim Hodge.
She is survived by: her daughter Barb Watson (Bill) of Bethalto; her grandsons, Michael Watson (Meagan), Sam Watson, Scott Watson (Geni), Andrew Dreith (Alicia), Doug Dreith (Katie) and Alex Dreith (Chloe); and her great grandchildren, Lynn, William, Oliver, Wilbur, Carson, Cam, Wyatt, Dempsey, Millie and Rory.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Lawn Memory Gardens (10 Erwin Plegge Blvd, Bethalto, IL 62010).
