He was predeceased by: his father Michael "Mickey" Butkovich. He is survived by: his mother Carol Krueger (Dorman) of Godfrey, IL; his wife Heather M. Zumwalt; his daughter Hannah Marie Butkovich of Bethalto, IL; and his siblings, Tammy Cooper (Gary) of Georgia, Ashley Krueger of Wood River, IL and Jason Butkovich (Christie) of St. Charles, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
