She was predeceased by: her parents, Lendell King and Lila King (Adkins); her daughter Colette Sawyer; her grandson Buford Clarke IV; her brother Kenneth Loren King; her stepgrandson Dustin Glidwell; her sister-in-law Joan King; and her stepson-in-law Ken Glidwell.
She is survived by: her grandson Nathan Clarke (Alyssa) of Wood River; her brother Lendell Wayne King of Surprise, AZ; and her stepchildren, Nancy Myer (David) of Bunker Hill, Sharon Glidwell of Mississippi, Alan Brenker (Pam) of St. Charles, MO and Paul Brenker (Donna) of Bunker Hill.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church-Bethalto (201 South Moreland Rd, Bethalto, IL 62010). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
