She is survived by: her former husband Allen Bertels; her children, Tim Bertels (Heidi), Laurie Edwards (Terry) and John Bertels (Christine); her stepsons, Jay Balmer and Andrew Balmer; her brother Dan Schueler of Florida; and also Brandon Metcalf.
