We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2025, at the age of 76, Vickie Leah Turner of Bethalto, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Henderson and Beulah Henderson (Buchanan); her daughter Starla Turner; her great grandchild Noelle Lynn Bowles; and her siblings, Arlene Murray, Nadine East, Betsy Markel-Lacey and Gary Henderson.
She is survived by: her husband William "Larry" Turner Sr.; her children, Shawn Turner of Bethalto, IL, Gioia "JoJo" Striegel (Bill) of Godfrey, IL, Billy Turner (Cindy) of Godfrey, IL and Dina Turner of Godfrey, IL; her grandchildren, Dannielle, Seth, Kassie, Dash, Aden, Adi, Aleena, Larry, Zachary, Leah, Zane, Shelby, Brennan, Sadie Anne, Charles and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Lua, Scout, Archie, Kolton, Ella, Walker, Quinn, Olivia, Harper, Sophia, Tristan, Laney, Cora Jo, Esme and Lucia.
A graveside service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Upper Alton Cemetery (2090 Oakwood Ave, Alton, IL 62002).
