She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Jacob and Wilmath Tina Williams (Johnagan); her grandson Jacob Provaznik; her brother Thomas Williams; and her half-brother Randy Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Sanders (Brad) of Bunker Hill, David E. Provaznik, Jr. of Bethalto and Deven "Eric" Provaznik of Moro; and her half-sister Cathy Nevels of Rosewood Heights. She is also survived by three grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
