Benjamin Franklin Harris Obituary

The memory of Benjamin Franklin Harris of Bethany, Illinois, who passed away on July 8, 2025 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Harris and Annella Harris (Baldwin); and his siblings, William, Robert, Joanne and Wendell.

He is survived by: his children, Terry Harris (Jodi) of Altamont, Lisa Fett (John) of Tennessee and Ron Harris (Lori) of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Steffen Harris, Kirstie Burry, Kaela Cuzzone, John-Michael Fett, Chris Harris, Mike Harris and Zachary Harris; and his siblings, Evelyn Bayless (Charles), Roselyn Wingo and Michael Harris (Sharon). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McMullin-Young Funeral Home and Cremation Services - Sullivan (503 W Jackson St, Sullivan, IL 61951). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
