Minnis and Stella Minnis (Callahan) of Bethany; his sons, Keeley Eikenberry and Robert L. Minnis; and his brothers, Nicholas Minnis (Jamie) and Christopher Minnis. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Faith Lutheran Church (1185 IL-32, Sullivan, IL 61951). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
