He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lynn Munch; his former wife Tammy Kay Munch; his daughters, Wendy Mae Mitchell (David Mitchell) and Heidi Kay Breeding (Stefen Breeding); his stepchildren, Grant Endris (Katie Endris) and Laura Molony (John Molony); his grandchildren, Addison, Kabe, Alexia, Kaelix Mitchell, Daxton and Aniston Breeding; his stepgrandson Bryson Breeding; and his siblings, Michael David Munch and Sandra Kaye Harchous (Joel Wayne Harchous).
Memorials may be made to the Northwestern University Neurology Research and Education Gift Fund or to the Oak Grove Baptist Church in rural Bethany.
